Initial Meeting
You will meet with a project manager who will be your point of contact during the project. We will discuss your design needs and project goals.
Design Agreement
The agreement will outline the scope of services, expectations for both parties, and project timeline.
On-site Consultation
Your project manager will meet with you on-site to take measurements and answer any questions you have about the project.
Preliminary Drawings
We will review the preliminary drawings with you and offer product and design recommendations that fit your lifestyle and budget.
Design Review
You will have the opportunity to make changes to your drawings with up to three revision cycles.
Final Drawings
We deliver detailed drawings that are code-compliant and designed within your project budget. A typical drawing set consists of a site plan, foundation plan, floor plan, building sections, and elevations.
