Building Material Sales & Estimator
Position Overview
Your Qualifications
Sales experience in the building industry or related field (required)
Ability to read blue prints (required)
Drafting and design skills on CAD or related software (preferred)
Cabinet design on 20/20 or related software (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proficient computer skills
Ability to work in an autonomous environment

Key Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to)
Develop and maintain new customer accounts to achieve annual growth objectives
Consult with contractors & customers on their building plans and projects
Demonstrate good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer, company, and personnel information
Maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow employees
Meet and/or exceed annual sales and gross margin budget
Service walk-in trade and existing accounts
Strategically build new relationships with prospective accounts
Develop material take offs
Assist other sales people as needed

Salary range $60,000-$90,000 (base salary plus commission)
